Booking and agreements:
a.Catering requests must be made in writing and received at least 14 days before the planned date of the event.
b.The customer agrees to the GTCs by making a catering booking.
Prices and payments:
a. The agreed prices for catering are based on the agreed choice of food, number of guests and additional services.
b. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due at least 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations:
a. Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the agreed event date.
b. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed catering price for cancellations within 14 days before the event.
Changes in the number of persons:
a.Changes to the number of people must be notified in writing at least 10 days before the event date. Later changes cannot be guaranteed.
Event infrastructure:
a. The customer shall provide the following infrastructure free of charge: required rooms, heating, water and electricity.
b. The caterer is responsible for cleaning the catering inventory. The customer is responsible for general cleaning and disposal.
Loss of and damage to material:
a.The customer is obliged to return borrowed material complete and undamaged.
b. Losses and damage caused by the customer will be charged to the customer.
Liability and insurance:
a. The customer is responsible for taking out the necessary insurance cover for property damage and personal injury.
b. The caterer is only liable for gross negligence and intent.
Invoicing and payment:
a.The final invoice will be issued after the event date and must be paid within 30 days without deductions.
Partial invalidity:
a. Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreement.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction:
a.The agreement is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Bern.
